Privacy notice
How project-request information is handled
Effective July 13, 2026
Information collected
If estimate requests are active, the site may collect the name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, decision-making role, project type, expected timing, project-value range, project details, and sharing permission you submit. Call tracking may log the caller number, time, duration, answer status, referring page, and traffic source. Calls are not recorded.
How information is used
Information is used to review project fit, respond to the request, connect the request with one insured painting provider serving South Minneapolis when permission is provided, prevent spam, and measure which website visits produce calls or forms.
Sharing and responsibility
Project information is not sold as a consumer list. With the permission given on the estimate form or during a call, the minimum information needed to respond may be shared with one painting provider. The provider who accepts the request is responsible for its estimate, contract, scheduling, workmanship, warranty, and legal obligations.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting and lead-tracking providers may process information to operate the site and record requests. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for response, attribution, fraud prevention, and business records, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Your choices
You may decline to submit the form. If you call or submit a request, you may ask that the request not be shared or ask for correction or deletion of the information by using the same public contact method shown on the site.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. This notice may be updated when the site’s collection or routing practices change.
